Paul Ehline Memorial Motorcycle Ride Journal and Blog

In the Marines, we are only as fast as our slowest Marine. When you want to get somewhere fast, everyone needs that training, spirit, and discipline! When we say, “I will be there at 19:00 hours,” we mean 18:30. When we call or text someone, especially a civilian lawyer supposedly there to protect us, we expect a sense of urgency and immediacy, not garbage, narcissistic excuses. Paul Ehline Memorial Ride is dedicated to raising awareness for wounded warriors and getting them the help they deserve, hopefully from a fellow vet with some legal experience, not some self-important academic who has never been in the real world. Take a look at our recent posts for motorcycle riders and injured vets.

Particle Physics Pushing Cancer Treatment Boundaries – Hope for Vets?

 |  Michael P. Ehline
Existing cancer treatments have posed a certain health risk to patients. With no other options available, patients must deal with the side effects to move on with their lives.  However, with research at the CERN lab showing positive results, it may only be a few years before treating cancer becomes efficient and far more effective than it is. Europe’s Science Lab, CERN, Are Exploring Cancer Treatment Using Particle Accelerators The European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, operates the world’s largest particle physics laboratory. CERN challenges the universe’s understanding daily. However, they are now applying their expertise to expand the boundaries of cancer treatment. In one of Europe’s science labs at CERN, researchers are working on creating very …

Payouts from Camp Lejeune Toxic Water Lawsuits

 |  Michael P. Ehline
On August 9, 2022, President Joe Biden signed the PACT Act into United States law. The Act would provide $300 billion in financial benefits to veterans and their families exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other pollutants. The PACT Act also has provisions known as Camp Lejeune Justice Act that removes the government’s previous immunity. Although that is a step in the right direction, many legal experts believe it could be long before the veterans receive any payouts for their water contamination injuries sustained while residing at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Let’s explore the details of these provisions and whether or not it benefits the veterans exposed to water contamination at the Camp Lejeune military base. What Is Camp Lejeune Justice Act? In 2012, lawmak…

Deadly Toxic Chemicals from El Toro MCAS Affect Woodbridge and Lake Forest

 |  Michael P. Ehline
Over the years, veterans have been exposed to toxic chemicals, especially after the Agent Orange episode in the Vietnam war. In the past, it was a common practice to dump industrial solvents at base camps across the United States without thinking of the repercussions of the action. The now closed El Toro Marine Corps Air Station in Orange County is one of the few incidents that made the headlines. Paul Ehline Ride and our VA disabilities and benefits attorneys are advocates of veteran rights, helping them recover VA disability benefits for their injuries and illnesses resulting from their time in service. You may qualify for compensation if you’re suffering an illness with symptoms similar to deadly chemicals exposure. Contact us now for free formal legal advice on your case. T…

El Toro Marine Base Toxic Drinking Water Cancer Lawyers

 |  Michael P. Ehline
Are you a former MCAS El Toro resident? Did you or someone you love get sick or develop cancer while stationed, or working at MCAS El Toro, in Orange County, California? I am attorney Michael Ehline. I am an inactive U.S. Marine, and I used to go to the PX there, where I loved the cool, more relaxed environment of the air wing when compared to the School of Infantry I was attending at the time at Camp Pendleton. Later, after my father, also a U.S. Marine, died from being exposed to Agent Orange during the Vietnam police action, I became involved in helping veterans exposed to toxic chemicals. Although he was not a retired El Toro Marine, he was exposed to toxic substances needlessly by the federal government. Now I am leading the fight against volatile organic compounds and synthetic…
